Naturally clean arteries
Deposits in the arteries are a significant cause of
life-threatening cardiovascular diseases. However, studies indicate that
certain foods or dietary supplements clean the streets, i.e., keep them free of
deposits.
Clean arteries - prevent arteriosclerosis
Since arteriosclerosis (hardening healthcaresworld of the arteries) is
considered incurable, the statement that you can clean your streets with simple
means sounds a bit implausible. But precisely those factors that lead to the

Vitamin C improves vascular functions
Anyone who eats a diet rich in vitamin C has a lower risk of
cardiovascular diseases in any case. An extensive review article on the effects

studies revealed a significant positive effect of vitamin C supplementation on vascular
functions in people with arteriosclerosis, diabetics, and heart failure. The

Garlic is a trendy home remedy for cardiovascular disease.

Korean sauerkraut) could also positively affect arterial health. In one study,
animal models showed that kimchi could stop the formation of arteriosclerotic

L-arginine cleanses the arteries
L-arginine is an amino acid that has long been used in
naturopathy to lower high blood pressure. Because L-arginine increases the
body's nitrogen monoxide formation - and nitric oxide is responsible for widening
the blood vessels. In a study (on an animal model), techiescity however, L-arginine was
also able to reduce the arterial walls' thickening by up to 24 percent.
